HiHope someone can help.I have a running max-puls of 195 and an approx. AT puls of 183. However my cycle max-puls is only 187. Is that normal?Should I expect my Cycle AT-puls is approx 175? or do I need to do a Conconi/lactate test?RegardsMads Yes

variations in each zone band.BTW, how did you find your LT HR? Field test, lab test, Conconi test, combination of ? Many moons ago I remember using the Conconi test on a treadmill to establish my LT along with some 10K runs and perceived rate of exertion
