Any tips on how to avoid cramp in calves and inner thighs after running and other exercise?
The last few months have experienced foot & ankle cramps almost nightly. It doesn't matter if I run hard or easy. Skipping days dosen't neccesaraly help. I have done a very hard work out and not experience the cramps. Any help would be great. Thank
