OK, I know how I've done it, I don't know how to get rid of it!

Been cycling a lot more then normal, day to day cycling on an actual bike for once! (rather then soley in a gym).When I exerice in a gym I stretch afterwards and rarely seem to get any DOMS pain- not unless I push it with the kettle balls
