getting some ear probs so need some advice on good ear plugs for swimming

Been getting some problems with my ears that it seems are not entirely just related to me getting old and are more likely to be due to the manky water at the local pool.  Any recomendations on good swim ear plugs ?.. i realise that what suits one

HiI have a new apple Mp3 for xmas and use it effectively whilst jogging. The only trouble i have is that the pesky ear plugs/buds keep falling out when i run!!!I am a normal guy with normal ears!!Can anyone recommend any ear plugs that fit right

Defiantly one vote hear for the in ear type. I’ve tried the clip on ones & the normal plug design & I find the in ear sort stay in place better while running plus I reckon they sound better too……….what about you lot?BB.
