then forked right up the hill, round the hill for about 4 miles past one terrific spot where you can look upto the head of Loch Long where the village of Arrochar is. After 4 miles a right turn and back down the hill to the site. Not fast! But very satisfying

Anyone doing this one?

Just wondered if anyont out there was doing this one? Any tips from those who've done this before greatly appreciated! Is it a fast flat course? I'm fairly new to running but would love to come in under the hour mark. My best so far is 1hr 3
