tip for this one.You can get away with not sighting on the first bit of the swim leg by following the underwater rope/wire which the rowing lanes are marked with. Lee,Wettie makes OW swimming easier. You can actually just lie in the water and not sink

course. the first half was fine, but much of the second half was alongside the motorway and a coned off lane off the dual carriageway past the airport.It may have made it flatter, but that shouldn't be the only criterion.Transport at the end of the race

Hardest marathon in Britain...

Anyone up for this? It's twice the Midsummer Munro half marathon, back to back. Runners in the Munro commonly stagger over the finish line and collapse. Those in the Picnic have to go and do it all again. This is an absolute extreme race, where just to finish is a major accomplis...
