are just fast moving pedestrians. laughable. Where I live is great for cycle lanes..... we don't have any which means I can cycle on the road without anyone telling me not to. Iron JD, countryside cycling - just be careful of speeding motorists and runners
I did the spring version of this as part of my marathon training and thought I'd give it another go. Anyone else? Hi *jen.I'll be there, aiming for a PB. It's a nice fast course so it's more than possible. Hi Marshallini - it must be a fast course

.If road closure is an issue then surely the route should move to the ideal setting- start in Broadlands Park, head out towards Lee, then back to Broadlands. That would be a perfect, flat 5, on quiet country lanes and tracks, and really show you the beauty
reading about it sometime ago but it was a bit vague and I can’t find the info now. My best guess would be that it heads off from brook st/haysden towards Leigh, probably on the upper haysden lane and ensfield road, and then follows the lanes around
I've got a few people interested in a Bank holiday Monday ride round South Essex.Probably be around 50 miles and will include a cake stop up towards South Weald Park.If you know Essex you'll know we don't do hills but do have some good lanes
