pre race training
Am i doing enough....ive just cut down doing my long weekly run of upto 17-18 miles , and am now doing 6 miles every other day at about 8 1/2 minute miles...am wanting to do the flm in about 4 1/2 hr.... so am i doing enough or too much in the run

Why all the fuss (not a thread designed for talking about training for 2005...)
.I wouldn't mind doing London at some point, as an experience, but probably just the once. And I don't want to do it any more than, say, New York.So no, it's not my dream to run FLM. Running a sub-4 marathon is, wherever that may be. Having run FLM 3 times

I've been running for 6 months, and so far I've done a 5k (37mins), a 10k (73mins). But for some strange reason that I'm yet to work out, yesterday I posted my application from for the FLM.Now I've got to keep on running!Any other overweight
