Ill Health so close to race day.

i am looking to run FLM in April and feel my training has been going well up until 2 weeks ago.I have been training 4/5 times per week average weekly mileage is up to 40 miles and my long Sunday runs are up to 16 miles. 2weeks ago i was diagnosed

Advice needed

Help!! At the end of Sept I broke my tib + Fib and damaged my ligaments and tendons in my ankle. I did not have it plated but had a cast on for 6 weeks. I have got the chance to run the FLM for a charity, but not sure what to do for these reasons

My next goal after FLM is to do a 10K in under an hour. I've decided to do the Dashet Dash on 21 June. Right now I am very close to the hour for a 10K (okay, almost exactly one hour give or take a few seconds).I'd appreciate any advice

this in training prior to race day. Hope this helps. Cheers DGood advice. Is all about preparation so i guess 6am is the time for breakfast on FLM day!I only use gels on long runs and i normally use one per hour starting at six miles-so ill have 3 for the FLM
