What do you eat??
5-mins max. Very filling and ticks most food groups! Ciabatta bread warmed in the oven while you shower, then loads of salad, cheese (or chorizo, or tuna), and little low fat mayo. Grab firmly with both hands and try not to eat it too quickly

experience of friends who have attended various forms of group dieting (Weight Watchers, Slimming World etc), none of them were encouraged to address why they were overeating, or were addicted to junk food. The reduction in calories was kind of just vaguely

though, because I just wasn't eating enough food to give me energy. I wouldn't do a detox or colonic irrigation to lose weight. I firmly believe in eating proper meals from all the food groups, taking in less calories than you burn off and doing

Does anybody know what the difference is between a (Kcal) and a (cal)?Also, why do food producers insist on giving the calorie amount per 100g, can't they just say how many calories there are in the whole product?It is so confusing!! none at all
