the tendons on the front of my foot hurt and have stopped me running. Anyone got any suggestions on resolving this problem.
My left foot is really sore and it is interfering with my runing. The pain is on the top of my foot just above the arch, its not swollen or bruised which is odd but it can even be sore to walk on. Has anyone else experienced this?
Starting running again and have found today that i had a lot of pain in my right foot. Starting about half way along the fifth metertarsel and across my foot. Got so painfull at about a mile i just walked home ;-(
