RW 10 Mile Schedule

I have just completed a 10 mile race having followed the RW 8 week schedule.  My aim was for sub-60, a realistic target given my summer 5K and 10K times.  Sticking closely to the schedule, but modifying to suit local races etc., I found the training

a race.Ive now signed up to a Portland 10 mile race in early July and my current time for this distance is only 87 minutes and I want to find a schedule to help me train to improve it.  I prefer schedules that give you target times i.e. run 3 miles

Week 10 Wed & Thurs have been duplicated?? It surely isn't supposed to read:8m inc intervals 10x400 @ 10k pace or 12x1 min fast, 1 min slow for both Wed & Thurs - think we need a correction. Yes it should be a 6 or 7 mile run, steady, shouldn't it

Do you rest on the next?My schedule says I should do 3 miles today and rest tomorrow but I just dont have the oomph to do 10 miles.Will it matter if I switch the rest days around instead? see. I knew I was tired... I meant do 3.... Im aiming for 10
