Week 10 Wed & Thurs have been duplicated?? It surely isn't supposed to read:8m inc intervals 10x400 @ 10k pace or 12x1 min fast, 1 min slow for both Wed & Thurs - think we need a correction. Yes it should be a 6 or 7 mile run, steady, shouldn't it
Does anyone have a good 8 week training schedule for preparing for a 5 mile race? There's an 8 week 10k program under the Training tab at the top of the page. Nothing wrong with being slightly overprepared :-)

Do you rest on the next?My schedule says I should do 3 miles today and rest tomorrow but I just dont have the oomph to do 10 miles.Will it matter if I switch the rest days around instead? see. I knew I was tired... I meant do 3.... Im aiming for 10
