when is the nike 10k (night time run).
disappointed now to see that it has now changed and am seriously considering not doing it, as I entered it thinking it was a flat 10k
I have three places available for the Nike 10k. Due to injuries and such. If anyone is interested Nike have offered to transfer the registration over.Anyone who missed out on the registration should let me know.Thanks ...i'll take two. pls post

Hi there !Can anyone recommend a scenic, not too hilly 10K in the Greater Manchester area ?I've done the BUPA Manchester 10K before (too crowded) and the Salford 10K (flat but boring) and fancy trying another that's more visually appealing
Just done Trafford 10k Sunday. Flat fast course, perfect weather, lovely country lanes route, personal best, 2nd 10k of the year following very similar high Legh 10k, I'm looking forward to a good season! Lymm 10k, Wilmslow Half, great Manchester
