Forerunner 5k and 10k schedules

help plse:5k training schedule

cannot make it beyond 2.5miles. I have tried a little speed training and went fast (for me) for 1 mile at 9.5 minutes but cannot go any further at that speed.I really want to do a 5k race but want to be sure I can do it in a halfway reasonable time

after couch to 5k schedule
