any training programs that will help me get the 5K to the 21 minute mark, like a weekly running schedule or something?Realistically how long will it take to get my time down to 21 minutes? Many thanks for reading guys and i hope to hear your replies

sounds like a great planNot sure on it being Easy  Training for a 10k will reduce your 5k time anyway, my suggestion would be to pick out a decent beginners 10k schedule and have a go at that. Cheers Danowat That's my goal so I'll have a look - ther have

/am painfully slow. My 5k PB is about 32 mins, my 10k is 63 mins and my half marathon is 2 hrs 15.  Joining a club isn't an option right now due to my work schedule. I'd be over the moon to go sub 30, sub 1hr and sub 2hrs for the above. Is it doable? In the past

HiI just started running last week and am really enjoying it. The CD rom that came with RW has a schedule for a beginner to run a 5K in 6 weeks. As it happens there is a 5K in wellingborough on 20th Feb, should I go for it?Ally Yeah!& good luck

5k races - how often?
