5k training

I'm confused! Wouldn't an 18 min 5k be equivalent to a 29:48 5-miler and a 5:53 miler?  And a 22 min 5k equivalent to a 7:10 mile (not 6:27)? Aiming at a sub-21 minute 5k race, what  therefore would training pace be for 1M, 5k and 5M? (Do you have

Hi, can anyone suggest a good training plan for a sub 20min 5k. I havent run for 2 months due to illness and injury (great combination!) and have just been going to the gym 3 times a week for the past month running just over 2 miles on the treadmill

Race specific training by Prom

Runners responds to different training methods. With spring/summer 5ks on way I've added a 5k session that really works, for me. We are told to train as accurately as possible for an event or race, so that’s what I do. I go at my maximum race pace
