HiI was wondering if anyone has tried altitude training and would have any recommendations on good places to go?  Ideally I'm looking for somewhere to go next January/February, which can double-up as a holiday for my fiance.I've had a quick look

Training advice? by Matthew Walker 7

Does training at a higher altitude have an effect on your performances and distances you run?I have been mapping my runs and where ever i seem to run i end up going from 200-250 ft above sea level to somewhere near 700ft or vice versa
