Name on your shirt
Where can I buy badges to sew on my name? by Getthereintheend

your vest and stretch the material. Either purchase a stensil from WH Smiths or other stationers or just write on the name. If you have a black vest to write on, try sewing a bit of white t-shirt material on the vest, then write on that. Purchase

Runners World needs real runners on the cover
Post yours here by Johnny Blaze

can of Johns Smiths in his right hand ? What race is this? Stratford Marathon. I can confirm it hurt. A lot. Is there a thread where forum folk post pics of them in races?  I think that would be good. Not without a public health warning on some of mine

Name on running vest help
by Carl Barthorpe

this for you, or you could use fabric paint if you have easy access to any. If you have a computer, I brought a transfer pack in WH Smiths for £6.99, just remember when you print, do it on mirror, mined ironed on my ronhill top with no probs at a very hot heat

Stairs vs Hills
Wots better by meaz

of stairs to replicate a hill ..I cant see there would be any comparison...better off getting to gym..on to the cross trainer or treadmill set on an incline.. Live somewhere hilly but when need to do some hard core training borrow the local uni's art tower

Personalising running tops
Name of shirt for big race by JDM1977

Hi my brother is Running the FLM this year. We wants to wear one of his ronhill shirts, but wants his name on it. Does anyone know where he get this done? If he's wearing a light coloured shirt, he can get the relevant "paper" from Smiths or PC
