Advice on the best show for me by Debbie Watson 4

I need new shoes!  Well, doesn't every girl!?Seriously though, I have worn Asics Gel Nimbus running shoes now for all my running life.  As my speed has increased, i now find them a bit cumbersome and heavy.  My favourite distance is half marathons

Beginners Knee Pain
Will it get better? by baldybouncer

trainers are about a month old - Asics Gel Cumulus. Good brand of shoes, but designed for neutral runners. If you overpronate a little (and a lot of runners do) you may need something a bit more stable - Asics 2080 for example, if you like that particular

Best shoes for orthotics
recommendations from orthotic wearers please by *Joby*

and replace with your orthoitics.CheersGT Asics Gel Cumulus is supposed to be good for orthotic wearers. My son is on his 4th pair now (2 years). No problems. Essential to try shoes on before buying.I find that I take the same size as I did without orthotics
