- knees back to normal by Saturday but shinsplints obviously taking longer although are much improved. Now am trying to find a neutral shoe that works for me - have got some Asic Cumulus and NB1060 on order. Any recommendations from anyone - was using Nike
of Asics Gel Cumulus. Have been running in the Stratus for the last few months, so decided to try the next one up in the range. Very comfortable, and I could feel the extra cushioning - felt it especially on the downhill bits, which suggests there is more
intervals which seems to help lots. A while ago I tried a pair of Asics Nimbus which were extremely squidgy and my feet felt like they were on fire after about 30mins. Just breaking in a new pair of Asics Cumulus and this BoF sensation is now happening
and a nice new pair of asic gel cumulus but no time left to go on a trail run. I'll have to wait til Mr J gets home!!!!Hi all thats trial not trail BTW I'n not getting these beauties dirty yet :-) LOL hi JJ im in bewteen working outside sorting thru all
