enough, we're tired but not in agony or anything! I was wondering if we are ok to run this distance or if it's too far for beginners. We can manage the whole 6 miles if it's a flat route but need to stop briefly probably once or twice to get our breath

Getting over a chest infection

I had a terrible chest and throat infection almost 3 weeks ago. I haven't run since then and as a beginner I'm worried it will be really hard to get back into it. Also I went for a walk yesterday and after 1 hill I was struggling to get my breath
