Leeds 10K - Jane Tomlinson's "Run For All"

It was my first race. It all seem well organised. Plenty of fluids available, which was good as it turned out to be very hot. Some hills but very gentle. Good for beginners. Possibly not enough toilets, and the parking didn't seem ver good

Which beginners schedule should I use? I do a fair bit of rock climbing and horse riding, on the advice of a friend who does allot of running (mountain marathons etc) I did some running for 15 minutes in my local park the two days ago for about 15
