Crowd support essential - marathon for a beginner?

of England. Any experiences would be good! Frecks - Dublin is a great marathon and very beginner friendly with no race limit and no time limit. Easier to get to than Cardiff, most regional airports fly to Dublin. My favourite city marathon Sounds like

great way of helping to ensure that you're not running too fast.2) Do the large majority of your running at 65-80% MHR. For most that is easy pace. Marathon Pace (MP) is usually about 80-85% MHR, and for a beginner could be included once a week
