Repeating weeks?

Beginners Marathon Schedule

Which beginners schedule should I use? I do a fair bit of rock climbing and horse riding, on the advice of a friend who does allot of running (mountain marathons etc) I did some running for 15 minutes in my local park the two days ago for about 15

Beginner Schedule Question

I have just started week 6 of the "Nought to 30 Minutes" beginners schedule. I must say, it seems a rather big jump to go from a total of 30 minutes in week 5 to then 39 minutes in week 6. Is this not a mistake? It seems to me it would be more

Beginners running schedule

I've downloaded the beginners 10k running schedule which looks OK, but I wondered how fast I should be going. The schedule says "easy", but what does this mean. Am currently on 10 minute mileing, so one runner's easy, is another's marathon! I

Help with beginners schedule

Myself and my (extremely fit and patient) partner have just completed week 5 of the beginners schedule whereby you do 5 mins run, 2 walk. However as the run times have increased I've found it easier to merely slip into a jog for the 2 min walk
