's the night.  I'm starting on week 2 of the beginner's 5K schedule as I know I can already manage week 1.   I was wondering if anyone else was starting out and if we could cheer each other along?Tea's at 6pm so 8.30pm ish I'll be ready to go!!! Hi welcome

? Take him shoe shopping first, then get him on a beginners run/walk schedule.There should be plenty of time to train for it as long as you can keep him motivated through the winter. There are loads of training plans for beginners on the web. I used

Hi, I have followed a beginners training plan for 12 weeks now and am in the process of trying to find/plan a schedule for how I will progress in the next three months. I believe that you can train using your heart rate and recovery rate? Can anyone

lot for a beginner to start with but minutes is represented by 'min' on the same description.From the training schedule:2M easy, then 4 x 600m or 2 mins, with 400m or 3-min jog recoveries, then 2M easy.Thanks for any help. tony, I would say it is 2

Getting back to running after flu

I was bed ridden with flu for 5 days over Xmas and am just getting over coughing and able to breathe right again. Any tips on how I get back up to speed for half marathon in 1 month's time? I was thinking about just following a beginners 5K
