CompetitiveandMore general? More beginner focussed?Which one? The competetive one is the one we used, it does offer beginnner schedules, a get you round schedule, improvers and as said by someone earlier is not full of technical stuff - and does not just vcover the marathon

Struggling with BUPA 10k training plan
by Phil Jones 32

my recovery/cope with the demands of what seems a basic training programme?  Thanks. Phil can you post the schedule?  That sounds like a lot of intervals for a beginnners 10k to me.  In terms of general recovery, rest and decent sleep is important

beginner or not?
by Beetle Bird

really in the last 2 or 3 years that the bug has bitten and I feel that I have moved past being a 'beginnner'.  As has been suggested the best way to see whether or not you are up to doing an intermediate plan or not is to try one and see how you get on.
