Pain on front of lower leg bone

Just been for a run and i noticed that when i run my fingers along the front of my lower leg bone it's quite tender. i had a couple of twinges of pain in it when i was running but that was it.it doesn't hurt when i don't touch it.any ideas what

Outdoors is fine, but threadmill gives me "bruised bones" by bonny132
