Hi Fellow Runners, I ran the Worcestershire Beacon 7 mile race on Saturday 10th October. And now my calfs ache. It was hard to walk for a few days. But it is getting better. Still cant run though

Have VLM in 2 weeks and my left calf seems to have tightened and wont let go....Tapering now and did 14 miles yesterday and it only stopped hurting at mile 13...Am icing/heating, massage etc but overnight it tightens right back up again. Any advice
