no good by chappy

I have kept track on when i have eaten chocolate and have come to the conclusion that it is no good for me. The day after eating the stuff, my run is always hard work and i feel terrible not to mention i spend a good part of the day on the loo (oops

where do i hide them! by 5kids

Help xmas over but still have loads of chocolates looking at me, am tempted to bin them, but with 5 children that not fair. My runs are much slower because my legs(and every other part of my body) are full with choc. Got to be good am doing
