Hello Hope your all well. Unfortunately I been hit with a cold (man Flu) and I just wondered what’s the best way to deal with this regarding Training.I have read places don't do any exorcise as it use's up all the energy your body needs to fight

I'm training for my second London Marathon. I'm generally fit, healthy and very rarely get ill (maybe a cold a year!). I eat very well - lots of fruit/veg/wholegrains/lean protein etc and don't drink. I take cod liver oil and a multivitamin
