had about 8 months off due to injury and then 3 months comback on a treadmill. So when I started running outside I had lost my sense of pace and ran at the cadence I was running on the treadmill which of course was far too fast. I now need to sort

run 800 metres or stick to roadrunning?

running in 2000 and made a comback in 2008 weighing in at 14 stone over this period i have raced mostly 5k and 5mile races..what times do you run the 800 in? ok i will keep you posted mate.who knows i could find myself standing next to you on the track one
