Apex Sports of Slough

Be warned. The current October edition of RW carries an ad for a Ron Hill Coolmax T shirt. If like me you make the mistake of ordering you will find that the garment supplied is manufactured from Aquaduct which is something completely different.

Towelling headband suggestions
by yogajogga

headsweats. they are preformed bandanas, in coolmax wicking material, with integrated sweat bands. keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter, and pretty good. order online from trisports.comthe only thing i've found better than this was a coolmax

concurve wicking T shirt
absolutely pants!! by Doobs

soaking T shirt. So if you're looking at wicking T shirts, don't buy this one! My other wicking Ts are Nike dry fit - cotton, not this synthetic stuff - and are much better. Hi, I use coolmax t-shirt made by North Cape(north-cape.co.uk) they are great

get "ribcage run" (can't call it a cleavage!). Look at the material - techy fabrics like coolmax and supplex are breathable and fast drying.
