't seem to be that effective. Much as I hate the thought, I think short tights (ugh!) are going to be the ultimate answer. Shorts by Hind and Nike with coolmax/equivalent liners have got me through two marathons with very little chafing - recommend

thong from Next is when doing Toughguy....... I always wear a thong. Sounds uncomfortable, but in practice I've found they give good support, don't bunch up, and there's far less to get sweaty! If only I could find any comfy ones in coolmax or similar
