Thought I'd share some info with any interested runners. I just brought some anti blister dual skin socks from Asda in the sale. Tried them out yesterday and were great, they also do a coolmax trainer liner. Best part is they are 2 quid for 2 pairs

just use 40 and use Persil Colour liquid but do get it in the wash asap. add 10ml of distilled vinegar to the wash or soak the kit for a few minutes in the sink with the vinegar and then wash……. :0-) wash it asap and in a hot wash or use coolmax
