This summer I’m looking forward to watching Jess Ennis compete. It’s going to be hard for her, as she’s got some good competition but it’s great to see her in good shape. The two hurdlers, Dai Greene and Perri Shakes-Drayton are also in for a chance.

'Growth Spurts'- are they really a running injury?
by Torchbearer123

. At 15, Dai Green contracted Osgood Schlatter disease during a growth spurt which caused issues with his knees. Now look at him! Keep positive and listen to your physio as it sounds like he knows what he's on about.

How good was he last night? by Devoted2Distance

achievement that bears comparison with any UK long distance athlete over the years. As a fellow " Jack",it was even better to see Dai Greene's Gold medal !Regarding whether or not an athlete is really British or not,I'm a little less convinced about Michael Bingham
