Started running yesterday when i felt pain around the hamstring. Stopped and spent the day without exercising. At night I did some stretch and put Deep Cold on it. Today i fell pain even when walking.Please advice me on this.
intercostal muscles move the rib cage. I get cramp there sometimes. Taking a deep breath can help stretch them and relieve the cramp. Ta Bear. I noticed the deep breath thing helped too.
