7 marathons the week before should be good preparation! by Ironman

to Dieppe over to Newhaven on the ferry before a final run up to London in time for the start on the London Marathon.The stages vary from 26 miles to around 32 miles over 8 days. It's a hell of a challenge and a great event for first timers and inexperienced

an extra gear that you can kick into ! Very useful !Channel to the Med ? Sounds great ! Yeah - Dieppe to Perpignan, reckon on 9 or 10 days (on last have day Hors cat pass...). Well you'll be fit for it by then ! Or knacked - whatever ! I use cycle sessions

423.9 km, via the channel tunnel and along quite a few motorways...the A roads will add a fair bit I would think but it certainly seems do-able!!!!! Open for discussion but our initial thought was to do it from Paris to Dieppe - ferry to Newhaven
