I'm a 25 year old female, competitive, runner with an eating disorder. I realize that I need to ingest a certain amount of calories as a runner but with an eating disorder this is rather difficult. I would appreciate any information on literature

eating disorder but there is still constant pressure within running to keep so thin? that really does seem an incredibley low weight to height ratio even if you do run distance & even though I am no expert at all I would imagine as muscle weighs more than
