Can drills cause injury?
advice needed by slo sho

Hope the forum gurus can advise me  I was conducting a speed session today,  along the lines of warmup - drills - short reps - cooldown - stretch.  Part way through the drills I was taken aside by a girl there who is currently doing UK Athletics
