Swimming Ear Plugs
getting some ear probs so need some advice on good ear plugs for swimming by Slag (iatt)

Been getting some problems with my ears that it seems are not entirely just related to me getting old and are more likely to be due to the manky water at the local pool.  Any recomendations on good swim ear plugs ?.. i realise that what suits one

Earphones while running
what's your preference? by BEERBELLY

Defiantly one vote hear for the in ear type. I’ve tried the clip on ones & the normal plug design & I find the in ear sort stay in place better while running plus I reckon they sound better too……….what about you lot?BB.

painful ears
had a 20 min run with a mate this morning by Wabo

, stopping the cold air getting in, might stop the problem, so swimming type ear plugs, or the foam type might help If the wind blows in my face and my ears aren't covered, they really start to hurt down inside, so I use a fleece headband (sold in ski shops

Advice on earphones for running
by Simon Reach

like the Timex bodylink GPS thing... The Sony MDR-J10 cost less than a tenner and have a full clip around each ear. They work great for me anyway. Go to www.mp3players.co.uk and get Koss 'Plugs'. But who buys Koss I hear you cry? Its sucks as a brand
