Elite Runners at VLM2010
£150,000 spent on getting elite runners to the start.
by GotTheRuns

Elite runners
by Josh Blatchford
Why is that elite men who lead in marathons eat so little? The majority of marathon runners require extra calories, yet from what I have read the Kenyans seem to have a very small appetites. I was also wondering if the elite runners take in carbs

Elite runners with corrective footwear ?
by Hein Callens
I wonder whether there are a lot of elite long distance runners who run with either orthotics and/or corrective footwear (stability or motion control shoes), either on training or during races. Or is this something that only amateur runners (think

What extra should Elite runners get
by Bernadette Pritchard
We really need to encourage more people to enter our Elite Race. We have the same problem every year, some runners who are close to the cut off 20 min for males and 25 for females (5K) who enter the Fun Run, because they would rather come close
