I am planning to use Energy Gels to help me get through this year. I have been consuming them in trng and really feel they help. My question is, during race day, where do you carry the Gels?? I figure I'll need about 7 or 8 for the complete race

Are there any that don't taste like Wash `n' Go? by Barnsley Runner

and wonderful(well just weird) tastes , I dont know. The only problem is getting them. I have only seen them in boots of all places 99p each , but you can get them mail order. Just do a search for them. Tried the squidgers as well but theres not too much energy

Hi can i ask you how you consume your Energy Gels? I trained with mine for the london marathon but taking probably 4 on route by the end my stomache started to cramp up and after the race i was vomiting regularly and couldnt eat a meal
