around 4 miles at the moment but, when I'm running, I'm struggling for energy. I eat plenty of fruit, but I don't want to eat too much and then find that I don't lose the weight. Any advice would be greatly appreciated Beans and PulsesBrown rice

Carbs AND Protein by Little lizard

I do my long training runs with a camelbak full of High5 4:1, but don't particulary want to lug this around on my first marathon. I'm looking for energy gels that contain carbs and protein - everywhere I've looked, I can only find gels with carbs
