My husband has recently been told by the physio that he has fallen arches. She has recommended a podiatrist but did say that a course of treatment may cost up to £200. Has anyone else suffered from the same? How much did the treatment cost

HiMy arches have fallen and I am awaiting orthoses. I have a wonderful podiatrist who has given me exercises and stretches to do. One question I didn't ask was, will I ever be able to exercise my arches back into shape. I am perfectly prepared

Running shoes for female beginner with fallen arch...

I wanna try barefoot running....

.I also have been diagnosed with fallen arches. My arches are low anyway and I am able to get orthotics to put in shoes but these probably wouldn't fit in Vibrams.... Has anyone managed to take on barefoot running with a sevear over pronation
