track, trail with a bit of tarmac thrown in. The 'monster' element comes in between 2 and 4 miles, for the local runners the tarmac road near to walkerwood reservoir is where the climb starts and continues up Besom lane right to the top then a very fast

happen, espec if the 3 blokes in my lane go off fast. Never an issue with my running!!! Snail my shoulders hurt for the first15-20 lengths and seems to take longer to settle in the further I am able to go, am now churning out another 100 after
