Running on beta-blockers

but I'm on beta-blockers and my readings arn't of a 'normal person' (if there is such a thing!!!!).  I'm trying to find out if there is some way of calculating the different fat burning zones which allow for beta-blockers! - I don't know

that people with this range of restin gheart rate should use a non-standard body-fat monitor - my current reading is 33%, which doesn't "feel" right (maybe that's just wishful thinking tho'). Anyone else have this phenomena? Any words of advice out there? hmm

Blood Pressure Before and After Strenuous Exercise

readings after seeing Vixx76's  reply and the readings are 147/91 HR 54 which is pretty common. Next time I'm on the treadmill I'll take a HR reading 3/4 hours later. Diet is pretty low fat with plenty of veg/fruit/water. Last time I had a Cholesterol
