Suggestion on what to use when by MK 2

expect from this product. Used CLA in the past but the change was very subtle although I didn't use it for very long. I loose muscle tone so quickly from the waist down and my tummy keeps collecting fat in a way it never used to before.. Getting me down

week at least 30 mins a time any ideas I wouldnt bother with diet shakes if i was you i think theyre a load of crap, thermobol is meant to be one of the best fat burner/diet supplement out there along with hydroxycut so with that and a good healthy diet
