Suggestion on what to use when

expect from this product. Used CLA in the past but the change was very subtle although I didn't use it for very long. I loose muscle tone so quickly from the waist down and my tummy keeps collecting fat in a way it never used to before.. Getting me down

Skipping
Good fat burner? How long to skip for?

getting in the shower. Get it out of the way to free up evenings when not running.Does anyone know how this compares to a video or swim for fat burning? Better, worse, the same? Not skipped since I was 9 so have no idea how I'll get on. Any advice anyone

How to log intervals etc

I do most of my running on my treadmill doing intervals or fat burning progs.How do you log a fat burning prog?For example I do a Fat Burner where I travel 5.25K, so would I mark this down as 5.25K in my log even though some of it is walking? Just

week at least 30 mins a time any ideas I wouldnt bother with diet shakes if i was you i think theyre a load of crap, thermobol is meant to be one of the best fat burner/diet supplement out there along with hydroxycut so with that and a good healthy diet

speedwork it might be worth putting tempo runs (runs at race pace but for less than race distance) on the back-burner for a few weeks and doing shorter speed sessions instead - fartlek (where you run a bit faster from time to time during your steady road
