sub 75min HM by Midland Runner

I'm looking for sub 75min for Bath HM in march and want some feedback on my weekly schedule. I ran Leicester in October in around 80min but I was well on track for sub 75* untill I ran out of steam, so I'm trying to focus on distance rather than
