As it's now getting darker in the evening and I am surrounded by country lanes so running in the dark is a touch too dangerous, I'm thinking of changing a lot of my training to running on the spot on the Wii Fit. I tried it a couple of nights ago

Shoes that fit?

I find it extremely difficult to get shoes that fit me! I have narrow heels but need a wide toe box area! I am only a slight overpronator, so could probably get by with stability, neutral or mild motion control shoes. Depending on what size you are
