Maintaining fitness
by Axeman750

to autumn however I wont have the time to fit in so much running. I do cycle to work 3 to 5 days a week which is 75-125 miles total all off road. This helps me keep my fitness but will it keep the strength in my legs? I dont want to start from scratch again
